Use the chart to grade the activity in your life.
Those areas that you graded as a “C” only pick 2 and list the things you need to do in order to strengthen those areas
For example, if for the topic “body” you give a “C”; maybe you would put the following :
1. Eat more vegetables at least four times a week.
2. Work out at least 3 times a week for the minimum of 30 minutes.
3. Soak in a tub with Epson salt at least two times a week.
In order to grade yourself honestly ask yourself the following question for each category:
1. What are the benfits to this area of my life ?
2. Is this portion of my life being ignored ?
3. Is there turmoil surrounding this area ? why ?
Repeat this once a month. If you would like, choose a topic from the “B” category and just list one thing to do to strengthen that category slightly more.
